On the night of October 11th, 2024 I went with my Chi Alpha small group out to places such as Black Hawk Park in Cedar Falls, Iowa as well as another place to see them. They were very faint at those places so many left early. Luckily though Abby M., Yvonne, and I traveled out to the country and were able to see it more clearly. It was so beautiful seeing the sky turned a green and red hue. It was a magic moment of us taking turns taking pictures. Yvonne used her phone for the pics while I used mine as a spotlight so we would be lit in the pic while also showcasing the night sky behind us. Alayna
