on 12/4/23 at Motiv, I tried a mini-trampoline class. It was really intense and movement the whole time. The beginning was a lot of right left jumping and then jumping and turning and then swinging the arms while mini jumps and squats. My arches started cramping and my feet and toes are sore the most today. Quads too. My favorite was the end doing plow basically to standing squat. It was a lot of fun with the cardio and choreographed moves to the upbeat music. Angie
