I want to see Puerto Rico become a State. For one thing, I want there to be a new State in the Union. also, it would be nice to have not only a new State, one that would be an island State, but also because it would be in the beautiful Caribbean area, away from the mainland. A popular tourists destination for people from the mainland. And finally, after more than 100 years since Puerto Rico became an American Territory. Richard Garcia
