See that we ever have a U.S. State rather than in a Territory, in Europe, perhaps a coastal State. So that people could live on the other side of the Atlantic, in Europe and still be in the U.S. and able to travel by car across European Countries, including France and England. Hopefully with #3 on my bucket list, I can help make it happen much sooner. Richard Garcia
