Weight gain has not been kind but I wish I had known the effects of constantly looking down at electronics a few years ago! I do not have a desk so I am frequently looking down at my laptop for many hours at a time and this has given me a nasty double chin. I am going to try to do the exercises that are rumored to help this issue but I will be focusing on my new diet and weight loss as well! My goal is to be comfortable in my body again and this is a major issue that keeps me from wanting to leave the house on most days if I am honest. Ashe
