There will be a hotair balloon festival/skydiving at Clark Airbase, Pampangga, Philippines this February 14. It's a bit pricey and I would be grateful if anyone will help me make this dream come true. A bit about me, I am 26 and have been diagnosed HIV positive early last year. I have been living my life to the fullest (but of course have been saving money in case my health becomes worse). HIV is not widely accepted in the Philippines and we dont have the best medicines here, no medical insurance covers our healthcare so as much as I want to spend all my life savings to buy the tickets but that would be really reckless. @PositiveLife
