My mom has always struggled financially. Years ago she and my step-dad lost a home she loved so much. For man years she has been renting from others so doesn't have a place to call her own. She also rides public transportation because she doesn't have a vehicle. She has been through a lot of heartache in her life, was a single mom with raising three children without the aid of child support, etc. She is well deserving of the quaint little home she desires to have (no more than 900 square feet) that she can personalize and feel safe in. Elizabeth
