While i'm in no way counting down my days, i've had the great fortune of packing 2 lifetimes of adventure into these forty-some years. In my travels I've visited over 138 countries & instead of the usual "all i got was this lousy t-shirt" souvenirs, I decided in 9th grade (on a school trip abroad) that i would buy 1 or 2 really interesting pieces of art or crafts. So in 30 years, I've created a reasonable bit of stuff that i dont want boxed up and handed over as part of my "estate". Besides its more fun to "go gifting" and give someone i care about some bauble or antique or local handicraft from GOd only knows what corner of the globe! So i need to get off my a&& and start digging thru the disaster that is my world of stuff at the moment - all packed into a small apt that i share with my dad (who took me in when i got sick and started chemo) and what couldnt be stuffed, crammed, or put to use at home, went to a storage unit where it still sits today. Step 1 will be an inventory of things, sorted into 1 of these piles: KEEP IT TO USE, SELL IT FOR BUCKET LIST FUNDS, GIVE IT TO SOMEONE OR TO CHARITY, & RECYCLE/TOSS IT. STEP 2 WILL BE FINDING MARKETS FOR WHAT I WANT TO SELL AND PUTTING IT OUT THERE. STEP 3 MEANS GOING THRU A LIST OF THOSE I CARE FOR AND MATCHING EACH ITEM TO AN APPROPRIATE NEW HOME OR CHARITY. STEP 4 RECYCLE WHAT CAN BE REUSED AND TOSS THE REST. Bennett
