I want to lose 5 stones to be comfortable in my own skin. I’ve tried slimming world online and it hasn’t gone so well, so I’m going to start up with classes on Thursday next week. I’m nervous, but also quite looking forward to seeing the change in my health.
I have been overweight for almost my whole life. I'd like to change that to be healthier and more confident.
