I am constantly trying diets, exercises, etc. But after trying I find myself finding excuses for my lack of motivation. I need someone who can motivate me, talk me into it and show me the way. Yes, I can hire a trainer BUT I want something more personal. Not a trainer Im going to see once a week and it doesnt remember you, and you dont have that connection with him/her. I already tried and my experience was not good.
