From a very young age, I was into building many kinds of sports. Without a knowledge, I tried to get fit and get a six pack and nice lean body, without success of course. After a few months of finally exploring and reading a lot of articles and talking to many people about the subject, I finally got what I needed to begin my self-journey of building my dream body. After 2 months I dropped to near 5 kg and from 20% to 14% bodyfat, I will keep going till I will be 10% and then I will start to gain muscle mass.
