I have been writing poetry and lyrics since the age of 16. Have had a couple of poems published, but not my lyrics. My musical influences range from people like Chely Wright, Melissa Etheridge, Vicci Martinez, Gloria Estafan, Brandi Carlile, Bon Jovi, ABBA, Mariam Makeba, Texas, etc. I have written lyrics in the style of hip hop, ballads, etc. Really need help with the music side of things
