Now for this it's something I've been working on. I have gone too the gym, eaten as good as a can. But I am always somehow tired, that's a problem if I ever want to get anything done, like a movie or ever being close. I force myself to do hard things I wanna do or have to, so this healthier thing will work, if the consistency wasn't so bad. I can see I have slightly got stronger over time, that's an inspiration.
