I've always been intrigued with the Chinese culture. When I was a young adult, I had the opportunity to teach English in South Korea. There I met my husband, and he was fluent in Mandarin. He taught me a few words, but ideally I would love to immerse myself in the language starting with the characters. They are truly an art form in themselves.
