Dan Bezik was one of my favorite clients when I started at Willoughby Bally's. He came to me in his 40s looking for a change in his workout and I inspired him with my own training to try triathlon training. He was so happy when he completed it and gave me a lot of credit, but it was his own work and positive attitude. Being over 40 and working hard like that is really an accomplishment.

I did the sprint. I hate swimming. I had to backstroke after they almost called it for the high water. I did have the fastest 5k portion though. I don't know if I'd ever do a full or an Ironman because of how much I hate swimming and already doing over 100 mile bike ride and marathon.
a paltry amount of my muscle do I use, I can do so much more.
Love challenges. Curious if I can even finish it
I always felt that I need to push my body to the limits. By competing in a triathlon, i will be pushing my mind and body to the extreme, but I would also be raising money for a good cause.
I think it'd be a really neat accomplishment and that I could complete one if I committed to it
I am a sport buff and love challenges. And after watching Team Hoyt, the Father and Son tandem who joins Triathlons inspite of the disabilities they have inspires me to Finish in a Triathlon
Run, Swim, Bike! Just finish with no injuries!
