Only one buckaroo has listed 'Attend A Block Party' as a life goal.

I would say my neighborhood in my hometown has doen this 2 or 3 times. Each has been unforgettable and just so much fun. We had things such as a dunk tank, a waterslide, bouncy castles, and just tasty food and refreshments.
