Only one buckaroo has listed 'Play All The Pokemon Games Start To Finish Again' as a life goal.

Play all the pokemon games (maybe via ROM even?) again, and move the pokemon you catch from one to to the next through all the play throughs. Collect all the pokes digitally, and a shiny variant for each.
