I really want to be in better health and look good for my birthday! I was on the right track last year and started to lose weight, but ever since I started college, I realized I started to slowly gain it back. I want to prove to myself that I have the self-control to make better choices!
i want to do this because I believe in a healthy lifestyle and I want to be around for a long time to take care of my parents and my children.
I want to be healthy so I can enjoy getting to do things on my bucket list, so I can enjoy being part of my children's and their children's lives and not just a viewer. I'm starting on a couple challenges this year to live a healthy lifestyle and show my kids the right way to take care of their bodies.
