I'm sure you've seen the ASPCA commercials where Sarah McLachlan sings in the background, and abused animals give you a look that makes you burst out in tears (okay, maybe that's just me). But seriously, all dogs want is love and a sense of belonging. If a previous can't provide that, then I'd love to step in and help.
