I actually have completed 700 certified hours and have been instructing classes since 2010 so really 15 years. Yoga has made me feel more creative, centered and in touch with myself more than anything. My Vinyasa Practice had an online version which was fine, but I loved my 200 hours in 2017 in Rishikesh. The hands on real life experience was not even comparable. I l learned more in that then any other course could ever teach in the U.S and especially online.
