I've been going on a lot of walks recently. I've been actively using my FitBit and achieving a steps goal of 12,000 steps per day for over a month now. The longest walk I've done recently is 9.7km which took about 1 hour 55 minutes. I live about 5.5km from the nearest beach, so I think if I walked to the beach, along a bit and back down another road to my house, the whole loop would be around 12-13km. I think I'll make this another goal for the upcoming mid-semester break (I'm going to be busy!!)
