My boxing studio is running a 12 week body challenge. So far I am one week into it. It's going well so far, both in terms of eating right and exercising. I would like to see myself stick it out and get great results at the end! So what would pass as "good" results? Weight loss - any weight loss would be good, but 5kg+ would be amazing!... I've already lost 2, but that could just be the shock of more exercise and healthier food, so I'm not expecting that kind of loss every week. Body fat% loss - weight loss is good, but the reason for the loss is more important - losing muscle and increasing fat but weighing less overall is not good. So a reduction in body fat % by 5% is also my goal. I'm not sure how long this takes to change, my scales say I've already gone down by 2-3%, but I don't know how reliable they are... Measurements - they took measurements of stomach, waist, thighs, calves, arms, etc on the weigh-in day at the start of the challenge. Not really sure on a goal to set for this aspect, obviously I want to losing fat, but I am also working on building up some muscle. Importantly, it would be great if my clothes feel looser, and I look in the mirror and see the changes and feel good about my appearance.
