Im past needing this house, and its more than I can physically handle anymore. I need help to empty it, paint it and do some minor epairs, and sell it. Hopefully I can come out of it with enough funds to buy an acre of land, or so, already setup for utilities, sewage, and a pad to put a 5th wheel trailer onto it. Then fence it well, so its safe, and me and my dogs are secure. I dont really care WHERE . . ut it would be nice to not have to deal with mega-heat, deep snow, and a town is within about 15 miles max.
