Go To Scotland - Done!

How did it go down?

I went to Edinburgh and Glasgow, with day trips to the highlands. Scotland is a beautiful country, with so many stories to tell. Nature is amazing and people are very nice and welcoming. I loved the cities with their free museums and galleries and the forests and the moorland of the highlands. I will surely go back to explore further north and the islands!

Did you get help or have company along the way?

I did go by myself, I did organize all by myself. As I am an introvert I made just one friend along the road.

What made it possible? Any advice?

I started to plan well ahead, booked flights and Airbnb months previously, so I could get good rates. I bought LonleyPlanet guides to help me decide on what to see and I booked organized day trips from tour operators too.
