Get Published - Done!

How did it go down?

I did both online and offline query letters, but did not manage to accomplish much until I found a publisher willing to take me on.

Did you get help or have company along the way?

I did everything on my own. Read a lot and researched even more until I found a publisher that I felt might be the right fit for my book.

What made it possible? Any advice?

You have to find someone who reads your manuscript and finds it to be a marketable story. If you're not good at doing it yourself, an editor or copy-editor is, in my opinion, necessary. (Or at least raises your publishing chances.)
