I planned and started the journey for scubadiving.But while doing journey i had small accident ,which made me wait for some more days..Thanks for everything because now i will be well Prepared.

Gave blood and have had one of thirteen injections needed for a trip aborad... I should have overcome my fear of needles very soon!!

As of tomorrow, I will begin running every day, starting with at least five minutes per morning, which seems like nothing!! Nothing at all! But it's going to kill me, especially being a smoker. As of next Sunday, I should be able to post success!

I've been doing a lot of research on backpacking in the region and we've started to outfit ourselves for a nice backpacking adventure.  So far we've obtained quality packs, have ordered quality down sleeping bags, and are starting to get other lightweight backpacking gear while learning various skills and conditioning on local trails.

Got my yoga mat, got a class starting on 1st November. Am proud of myself that I am finally taking steps to try new things in life.

Have booked a weekend doing glass fusion work. I am already excited about it. Will also arrange watercolour classes. My friend Telmo Bento will come up and teach a few people I have yet to find, how to do watercolours.

Only the herbs left - and some more vegetables of course!

I can tick off sailing through the Suez Canal after our Gallipoli trip in April 2015.
